EPGi reserves the right to reject or terminate participants from the test program if we deem those participants are abusing the trust of the project, failing to participate in EPGi testing as requested, present an unacceptable legal risk to EPGi (eg. North Korean nationality) or are otherwise disruptive to the project.

EPGi is a fair launch Ethereum infrastructure public goods project owned entirely by the Ethereum community and by the EPGi participants in test and production phases. EPGi test program ownership distribution will be on a pro-rata basis for participants in each phase.
